Our AccessPoint Portal software is available under three different account options that are designed to help you make the most out of the software at the minimum cost. The three options are listed below.
Document Based Accounts
  • Pricing for usage of the software is based on the number of uploaded documents
  • The usage fee is charged monthly
  • These accounts can use either our hosted environment or a locally installed version of the software
  • Data charges apply on hosted accounts for each document over 1 megabyte
  • No minimum contract length
  • 24/7 support included free of charge
  • Account setup, configuration assistance, and training provided free of charge
  • Software installation if required provided free of charge
User Based Accounts
  • Pricing for usage of the software is based on the number of users
  • User fees are charged monthly
  • These accounts can use either our hosted environment or a locally installed version of the software
  • Data charges apply on hosted accounts which exceed their space allocation
  • No minimum contract length
  • 24/7 support included free of charge
  • Account setup, configuration assistance, and training provided free of charge
  • Software installation if required provided free of charge
Server Based Accounts
  • Pricing is based on the number of servers and includes an unlimited number of users and documents
  • The server licensing fee is a onetime charge
  • Available only using a locally installed version of the software
  • No minimum contract length
  • 24/7 support included under an annual maintenance fee
  • Account setup, configuration assistance, and training provided free of charge
  • Software installation provided free of charge
